As I've come to terms with my neurodivergentness I've begun to try and figure out ways to deal with the anxiety over having so many things loom over my head.
If you struggle with getting things you want to do - actually done? Would you do anything for your friends no matter what trouble they were in? If you answered yes on both, hear me out.
Start thinking of yourself as your own best friend. If you think you don't have enough time to go out - tell yourself that you deserve to take a short walk outside.
You think you don't have time to exercise during your workday? Tell yourself you deserve the chance to exercise.
You got so much to do and you curse you don't have enough time to practice a skill you need to achieve a certain goal. Tell yourself that you deserve a chance to chase your dreams.
Cause if you would encourage a friend to do similar things, why would you deny yourself these same very things?
